Just wanted to do a super quick post to let you know that I did an AWESOME webinar training for the Gang over at Lead System Pro.  They are getting really AWESOME feedback from it and I wanted to share it with you.  Here is how it is broken down. A great tool…Google Alerts!

Google Alerts is a program I HIGHLY RECOMMEND… you can get it by creating a “google account” and if you have one or use Gmail then you already have access.

What are “Google Alerts”? It is a program that allows you to set up key words, names, websites that you would like to track any “online activity” about them.  You can distinguish that you want any updates, updates on video, updates on news, updates on a webpage, or updates in a group all relating to your key terms.  You choose to have the information updated to you weekly or daily or as it happens. You can also choose how the updates get delivered to you – via email (plain text or html) or rss feed.

Some suggestions on how to use Google Alerts:

• Track You! – you should always have google alerts for your name your & your company name.  This will set up an alert to you for when people refer to you somewhere on the internet – very important because you might miss good statements you can thank peeps for or miss bad things.
• Track Your Competitors – how about knowing what your competition is doing?  Have it delivered to your inbox and don’t waste time searching.
• Track Your Keywords – keep an eye out on key terms that deal with your business so you can stay up on the latest and greatest.
• Track Your Material – if you have a website or blog you want to protect your content – pick out key phrases from your website or blog and set up an alert – it will let you know if someone else steals your content.

The Double Your Check Club wants YOU!

Hey Gang~~ I just wanted to take a moment and talk to you a bit about something you can do today to increase your business. I started a meetup group called The Double Your Check Club about 24 months ago to help Networkers and Direct Sellers in their business. What? You could not have picked up a phone and called?

You couldn’t pick up the phone and call?”

How many times have you heard your spouse say that, huh? Well, he or she is probably right. You can pick up the phone and call, and you should be doing it every day to prospective customers.

You say you hate cold calls? So do I. So what? They can be the lifeblood of your business. And besides, once you make that first really successful cold call, you’ll never look at it the same way again. You may not want to hear it, but the only way to get over your fear of dialing that number is just to do it. Ask any successful network marketer and they’ll tell you basically the same story. They loathed the idea of cold calls but made them anyway and guess what? It worked! More times that you’d imagine. And today they have no problem with calling someone, anyone, and introducing themselves and their product or service.

For the sake of whomever it is that I am calling, when I get them on the phone I quickly say who I am and why I’m calling. People don’t like to waste their time and you shouldn’t waste yours. If a particular prospect is adamant about not wanting what you’re selling, get off the phone. No need to waste your own time as well. But remember, those prospects are also in business and are always looking for ways to bolster their own company. If your product or service can do that for them, they’ll gladly listen to what you have to say.

Some Ideas for Blogging~~~

Entrepreneurs are always full of great ideas that they can turn into business ventures. Just like the entrepreneurs, bloggers should also have fresh ideas for their blogs to keep their readers and subscribers posted and interested at all times. If your blogs are not interesting and are always dull, you will soon lose your readers. In this article, you can find some good ideas for blogging.

Many people find blogging as a fun activity. Through the blogs you post, you can nourish your hobby. Now, there are those who create blogs for serious reasons like making money. There are hundreds of income-generating opportunities that you can find online and paid blogging is one of them.

However, if you want to make a living out of blogging, you have to be dedicated and hard working. There will come a time when you’re not in the mood to write blogs but you must overcome this and post your blogs regularly, no matter what. You must be able to maintain your rhythm so that you can produce the needed weekly posts. You must know how to organize and you must also have self discipline.

As a blogger, you need to arrange everything. You must schedule all your tasks so that you can do them accordingly. Your posts should also have a fixed time. Have a different schedule for reading other blogs and posting comments, and most especially, you have to research for new blog ideas.

Any new idea may come up even when you least expect it. So it would be best to always have a notebook and pen with you wherever you go. Jot all the ideas down so you won’t forget them. By taking notes, you can meet all your writing schedules on time.

If you’re a wide reader, then you will know the recent things that are happening in the world. One of the best blog ideas is to tackle a major issue of society. By reading newspapers, magazines, and other reading materials, you will be kept informed of what’s happening in the different countries.

Aside from that, you can also write about your personal life. In fact, many bloggers simply want to share their personal experiences to the public and so they create blogs. Some individuals focus on their cherished household pets.

You see, blogs can be about anything. No one will be there to tell you whether you’re right or wrong. But an effective blog will usually attract more readers and subscribers.

You must be able to come up with new blog ideas every now and then. This will prevent monotony and you can keep your audience interested at all times. By conducting a research, you will know more about the blog ideas that other people like to read. You can check out all the ideas and choose the ones that you’re also interested in. Don’t write blogs that you’re not interested in because it will reflect in your blogs.

Exercise your mind. Always spend enough time to read and research so that new ideas will come popping into your mind. Never think of copying the ideas of other bloggers because your readers will lose their trust and confidence in you. You can always do reviews, post cool sites you find or even just let us (the reader) know what is on your mind.

No More Excuses!

 

Hey Gang~~  I just wanted to show you a quick video I made about scratching something off of your “to do” list.  I was coming back form the No Excuses Summit and realized how many excuses I had made while at the event.  I was not going to share this video with my blog based on the fact I was kinda outing myself about making excuses but I am only human (no jokes here please). One of the things I am getting really good at is creating my daily list of activities and then acting as if I am leaving my office for a week the next day.  This puts me in a state low level panic to get it all complete but at the end of the day, I get WAY more accomplished.

I thought this was so simple it was almost comical!  The more meetings you do, attend or throw all will contribute to your business growing!  This is one of those little nuggets that for me always seen to hit home harder tan the long drawn out lectures.  If we just do more meetings we will make more money.  I know there will be some push back saying that you don’t want o do meetings but here is the thing. They work and you have the option of being right or rich, pick one.  There will be more written on this topic as we go but I have committed to putting out some type of content every single day.  Remember More Meetings Means More Money.  Think about it…..
