I would love to know what habit you are willing to commit to giving up for a day? I have several bad habits that I will give up for a day at a time. One of them is checking the stats of my blog every 30 minutes! I am obsessed because I think these quotes are so great and fun little things to think about. If you can think of a bad habit you can give up for a day, will you please leave a comment below and share it with the world? I find that speaking it out loud or at least writing it as a comment makes it feel a bit more real. I am looking forward to reading your comments below and heck ,while your at it, share this with your Facebook peeps!

“Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.”
American Journalist, Mary Hemingway
Your action for today is to stop worrying about something that is out of your control. If you can do something about it, do it. Otherwise let it go.

I used to worry a whole bunch and the funny thing is in almost every single case, I had no control over the outcome. If you are in business an find that you are worrying about what a lead is going to do, I have found that by actually telling the person I have no emotional attachment of the outcome of their decision that I actually close a whole heck of a lot more business.
I would like to offer you a completely free download of a telesession I did entitled, “How to Turn Business Cards Into Cash” and al you have to do to claim it is hit up my mail site and “get into the loop” on the right hand side of the site OR wait for the obnoxious pop up window that will appear when you try to leave the site.
