Ugh!!! I had to turn off your recording because of all the incredibly annoying background noise. Someone wasn’t muted and it ruined the whole and now I cannot benefit from your information. 🙁 This is why I hate hate hate conference calls. I came from the corporate world where I had to endure these things four out of five days a week, multiple times each day. PLEASE, I implore you do either mute everyone yourself before making these recordings or start off the call by being adamant about everyone knowing how to mute their phones and then actually doing it.
